Workplace Belonging: Grow Skills and Shape Culture

Workplace Belonging is a six?session cohort program designed for UW–Madison staff and faculty who want to build their capacity and skills in creating connection and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a learning community, we will explore practical strategies, share ideas and perspectives, identify meaningful action steps, and work toward becoming catalysts for a healthy, engaging workplace where everyone feels they belong and can contribute.
