What is Kudos from CASI?

Kudos from CASI is a quick and easy way to thank or recognize a College of Engineering staff member for:

Working extra hard
Providing exceptional customer service
Going the extra mile
Solving a problem
Demonstrating great teamwork and cooperation
Making your day

Any College of Engineering staff member can submit Kudos to recognize a fellow engineering staff member.

What happens with Kudos from CASI submissions?

The Kudos you submit is forwarded to the intended recipient(s). You will receive an email to confirm your Kudos has been received and forwarded (if you provided your name).

All individuals recognized with Kudos will be entered in the next Kudos drawing, with one exception (see below).

Kudos from CASI drawings

CASI Committee members will host quarterly drawings to randomly select prize winners.

There is no limit to the number of Kudos a staff member can receive . If a person receives four Kudos, they will be entered four times in the next drawing
A staff member may only win one prize per drawing
The number of prizes per drawing will be based on the number of entries in the pool:
- 2-20 entries = 2 prizes; 21-40 entries = 3 prizes; 41-60 entries = 4 prizes
- Another prize will be added each time the pool exceeds a multiple of 20 entries
Prizes will be SWAG equal to or less than a value of $50
Active CASI members can be nominated for recognition purposes but will not be entered in quarterly drawings
